Tower Group has launched Panorama Del Mare, a 49-storey mixed-use development on Batumi’s seafront and has opened pre-sales of investment apartments. The project is presented as part of the wider Panorama City concept near the city’s artificial-island district.
According to the launch materials reported by BM.GE, the lower levels are planned for commercial space and parking, while apartments occupy floors 6–28 and 31–48. Floors 29–30 are planned for leisure and hospitality facilities, with a rooftop pool and bar also included in the concept.
For Batumi, the more important point is supply rather than branding. Another large apartment tower in this coastal cluster adds to the future stock competing for buyers, tenants and short-stay demand. Estate Briefing’s August market analysis showed that Batumi remained heavily dependent on foreign buyers even as transaction volumes moved differently from Tbilisi.
The launch itself is well corroborated by multiple business-media reports, but Estate Briefing did not find a separately verified public permit record or a confirmed delivery timetable in the sources reviewed for this scan. Those elements should therefore be treated as follow-up verification items rather than assumed facts.
