Sea Breeze opens its first Georgia sales office in Batumi

Sea Breeze opened its first sales office in Georgia on 5 October 2026, with BM.GE identifying Batumi as the location and Marja reporting the opening event. The office allows buyers in Georgia to discuss and arrange purchases in the company’s resort property portfolio on the Caspian Sea. At the launch, company representatives presented the resort, its projects, infrastructure and investment opportunities.

Those descriptions are company marketing and should not be treated as independent evidence of returns. The more useful signal is the sales strategy. Batumi is already a regional market for resort apartments and international property buyers, so a physical office selling property in Azerbaijan introduces another cross-border offer competing for the same pool of capital.

The opening does not change the underlying economics of either market. Claims about rental income, price growth or investment returns still require independent verification before a buyer can compare them with alternatives in Georgia.
