Archicom S.A. said in current report 23/2026 that it issued series 1IA/2026 bonds with an aggregate nominal value of PLN 385 million on 15 October 2026. The securities are unsecured ordinary bearer bonds. Their coupon floats with six-month WIBOR plus a margin for investors, and the stated redemption date is 15 October 2030. The filing does not disclose the investor margin in the text reviewed.

The distinction between the plan and the completed transaction is important. On 7 October, current report 20/2026 described an intended issue of up to PLN 385 million and said the proceeds were to repay other bond series issued by the company. The later filing confirms the issuance, but does not by itself document that every refinancing payment has already taken place. A programme agreed with IPOPEMA Securities on 23 September permits up to PLN 800 million in bonds under its stated programme conditions.

For property-market readers, this is a developer funding story rather than a sales or construction statistic. A bond issue can help a company manage when debt falls due, but unsecured, floating-rate funding also carries interest-cost and repayment risks. Without a published margin, a full cost comparison cannot be calculated from these disclosures alone. Neither the PLN 385 million figure nor the PLN 800 million programme ceiling should be presented as spending on new housing projects.

Apartment buyers should still assess the specific project: permit and land status, escrow or payment arrangements, contractual delivery dates, construction progress and the developer’s financial disclosures. Bond investors need a separate assessment of the issuer’s liquidity, existing maturities and covenants. This announcement alone is not a forecast of apartment prices, housing completions or future sales.
