Globe Trade Centre (GTC), the Warsaw-listed real estate group active across Central and Eastern Europe, disclosed a change in its finance leadership on 15 October 2026. Its supervisory board accepted Jacek Bagiński’s resignation from the management board and chief financial officer position with immediate effect. The same resolution appointed Oded Rahamim to both roles from 1 December, according to GTC’s current report 20/2026.
The dates leave an interval between the outgoing executive’s departure from the board and the incoming executive’s formal start. GTC said Bagiński would continue working in an advisory capacity until the end of 2026 to support the handover. The filing did not identify an interim CFO, so it would be premature to describe the gap as a new appointment or a change in the group’s financial policy.
Rahamim has worked inside GTC before. From 2021 to 2024 he was finance director for the Polish operations, overseeing financing and refinancing, budgeting, cash flow, tax and IFRS reporting. He also temporarily performed the group CFO’s duties. Since 2025, he has held the CFO, deputy chief executive and board roles at Polish residential developer Sivanet, according to GTC’s announcement of 16 October.
For property investors, the announcement is a governance and reporting development, not a new acquisition or financing transaction. Neither the board filing nor the company announcement sets out revised asset valuations, construction plans or financial guidance. Continuity of reporting and funding decisions during the transition will matter more than the appointment itself; the company’s subsequent disclosures will provide the evidence.
