A property transaction worth €45.55 million has reached the final-contract stage in the Athens metropolitan area. In a disclosure dated 12 October, Europe Holdings said it signed the definitive sale and transfer agreement on 9 October 2026 for the CAMPUS complex in Peania, Attica. The buyer is AKTORSTONE, a wholly owned subsidiary of the listed AKTOR group. The seller had previously announced a memorandum of agreement in August.

The transaction covers six land parcels with buildings, together measuring approximately 62,623 square metres, according to the company statement. The site is in the industrial and business area of Peania rather than a residential apartment development. The €45.55 million figure is the disclosed total consideration for the portfolio; it should not be converted into an apartment price per square metre.

For commercial-property observers, the deal illustrates continued activity in larger income-producing or redevelopment assets around Athens. It does not, by itself, establish a trend in Greek home prices or rental yields. Further information about tenancy, operating income, renovation plans and financing would be needed to assess the economic return to the buyer. The confirmed news is the signing and transfer terms, not a projected investment performance.
